ABSTRACT: Mesenchymal environments are considered to maintain the quiescent state of SDL within the stem-cell niche. To reveal expressional heterogeneity and cell-cell interaction in the mesenchyme and the dental epithelium, we performed spatial transcriptome to analyze the subtypes and functions of the mesenchyme surrounding SDL.
