The amplified RNA was labeled with the fluorescent dye Cy5 and pooled with Cy3 labeled reference RNA, and then the pooled RNA was hybridized onto HEEBO microarrays. After hybridization and washing, arrays were scanned on a fluorescent microscope scanner.
