Effect of global or hypodermal depletion of RPOA-2


ABSTRACT: To investigate the contributions of hypodermal ribosome biogenesis to organism-wide growth, we established C.elegans strains where RPOA-2 can be depleted globally or particularly in hypodermis using auxin-inducible degradation (AID) system. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different strains at 2 time points.
