Multi-omics profiling visualizes dynamics of cardiac development and functions [ChIP-Seq]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cardiogenesis is a tightly-regulated dynamic process through a continuum of differentiation and proliferation events. Transcriptional activation is the predominant early step for initiating cardiac formation in mammals. We then applied ChIP-seq analysis against histone modifications H3K4me1, H3K4me3, H3K27ac and RNAPol II in E10.5 mouse hearts to evaluate the instant activity of transcription factors, which is believed to serve as a powerful tool to study regulatory processes.
