Gene expression profile at single cell level of CD45+ from the spinal cords of WT and STAP-1 mice 15 days after EAE induction [inhibitor treatment]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: T cells are considered to be an important cell type for pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze popluation of inflitrating CD45+ cells in spinal cords of newly developed inhibitor-treated and untreated mice to figure out whehter the inhibitor can suppress severity of EAE by inhibiting infiltration of T cells in the spinal cords.
