Transcriptome profiling of Arabidopsis seedlings upon hyperosmotic stress


ABSTRACT: We examined the possible effect of hyperosmotic stress on Arabidopsis transcriptome using mRNA-seq. We found that the transcriptome is reprogrammed in response to hyperosmotic stress, in a DCP5-dependent.
