Mapping of genome-wide histone modifications in SGF29 knockout vs NTC U937 AML cells. Mapping of binding of SGF29 and Tudor-domain mutant SGF29_D196R by FLAG ChIP [ChIP-seq SGF29]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: ChIP-seq was performed to investigate the genomic binding of SGF29 in U937 cells using FLAG-tagged SGF29-wild-type or SGF29_D196R mutant overexpression constructs. To assess the effects SGF29 in histone mark deposition, ChIP-seq was performed for different histone modifications in U937 cells with CRISPR-knockout of SGF29 or the expression of a control sgRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells at two time points.
