Redifferentiated cardiomyocytes retain residual dedifferentiation signatures and are protected against ischemic injury
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of cardiomyocyte redifferentiation and its cardioprotective effects, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of whole hearts that were either WT, or ERBB2 over-expressing, at 3 different timepoints both for sham injury and MI injury.
