MiRNA deregulation and relationship with metabolic parameters after Mediterrran ary intervention in BRCA-mutated women

ABSTRACT: Breast cancer could be related to BRCA1/2 alterations genetically shared in familial context. However, genetic predisposition is not the only factor determining tumor onset. It is well-known the importance of genetics-environment interaction. Indeed, the influence of insulin, glucose and estradiol have been reported. The aim of the present study was to uncover the relationships between Mediterranean ary intervention, miRNA expression and metabolic parameters.
