Infection of bone marrow-derived mast cells with Salmonella Typhimurium WT and S.Tm ∆invG

ABSTRACT: Murine bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMC) were infected for 4 h with Salmonella Typhimurium SL1344 wildtype (WT) and S.Tm ∆invG to explore BMMC mRNA expression levels upon infection and the role of type-3-secretion-system mediated invasion.
