Transcriptional dysregulation impairs efficacy of neural stem cell activation during aging.


ABSTRACT: To study the role of MLL complex in transcriptional dysregulation of NSC aging, we performed ChIP-seq of MLL complex subunits (Kmt2d, Rbbp5, and Wdr5) and Cbx3 in young and aged NSCs to analyze their binding activity at promoters of age-dependent genes.
