ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of melatonin in salt tolerance of maize, we determine the seed germinated rate of maize under CK, NaCl and NaCl+melatonin. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of the seeds of three different treatments.
