Single cell multiomics guided mechanistic understanding of Fontan-associated liver disease


ABSTRACT: Liver biopsy samples were from patients with Fontan circulation (FC) and healthy patients undergoing resection or transplant for hepatoblastoma. We used snRNA-ATAC-seq to generate the transcriptomic and epigenomic atlas of human FALD.
