Mechanism of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth derived exosomes in the treatment of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head


ABSTRACT: The exosomes secreted by SHED can be endocytosed by BMSC, and can partially reverse the inhibition of glucocorticoids on the viability and osteogenic differentiation of BMSC. Transcriptome data analysis combined with qPCR showed that three pathways, Rap1, PI3K-Akt and CAMs (Cell adhesion molecules), may be related to this experimental phenomenon.
