ABSTRACT: Fetal-neonatal iron deficiency (ID) causes long-term and sex specific neurocognitive and affective dysfunctions. This study aims to illustrate sex- specific transcriptome alterations in adult rat hippocampus induced by fetal-neonatal ID and prenatal choline treatment.
