ABSTRACT: To detect the mechanism underlying osteogenic commitment and proliferation rate change of HDPCs driven by MDL-800, we performed gene expression profiling analysis for HDPCs with DMSO or MDL-800 pre-treatment under normal or osteogenic differentiation conditions.
