Gene expression panel analysis of WT and RELMα KO lung homogenate at day 30 post infection with Nippostrongylus brasiliensis.

ABSTRACT: WT or KO mice were subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline and euthanized after 30 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from which total RNA was extracted from 1 million cells for gene expression analysis.
