Injection of vancomycin effect on the kidney in mouse
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Although vancomycin, which is frequently used to treat drug-resistant bacterial infections, induces acute kidney injury (AKI) with high frequency, the only effective treatment is discontinuation of the drug, so analysis of effective avoidance methods is urgently needed. In this study, the expression of mRNA in the kidney prepared from1/2 nephrectomized mice which injected vancomycyn was investigated.
