ABSTRACT: Orthoganally complementing our RNA-seq (GSE241031) efforts to define transcriptional changes over time in LS8817(TetOnFMDM2) cells as they progressed from quiesence to senescence, we chose to look at gene expression in unperturbed parental and 10 day palbociclib treated LS8817 parental cells
