ABSTRACT: As a core subunit of the m6A methyltransferase complex, the downregulation of METTL3 expression in response to Ang II suggests the potential regulation of m6A modification. Our data suggests METTL3 may mediate the dynamic change in m6A landscapes between Ang II with and without overexpression of METTL3.
