Expression microarray comparison of medulloblastoma in Math1-Cre/SmoM2 mice with and without Cre-conditional Bcl2l1 deletion

ABSTRACT: We compared gene expression in medulloblastomas in mice with conditional Bcl2l1 deletion versus medulloblastomas in mice with WT Bcl2l1. We generated mice with medulloblastomas by crossing Math1-Cre and SmoM2 mouse lines. We generated mice with medulloblastomaswith Cre-conditional Bcl2l1 deletion by breeding Bcl2l1 f/f mice into both Math1-Cre and SmoM2 mouse lines. We harvested tumors at P15 and then isolated RNA for expression array analysis.
