Gene expression profile of epithelial cells and immune cells of colon tissue from Mina53flox/+; Vil1Cre mice and Mina53flox/+ mice at sinle cell level [scRNA-seq]

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of Mina53 in the epithelial cells of colon tissue, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to analyze different expreesion genes in the epitrhelial cells and immune cells in the olon tissue.
