ChIP-seq analysis for H3K79me2 in Bone Marrow-Derived Dendritic Cells (BMDCs) supplied with PBS or lysine
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: L-lysine (Lysine) is an indispensable amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body. Lysine catabolites can influence the cellular chromatin landscape. We investigated whether lysine supplementation could alter the epigenetic landscape of BMDCs by reprogramming their metabolism. We performed ChIP-seq analysis for H3K79me2 to study the molecular mechanisms through which lysine regulates epigenetic of BMDCs.
