AMH protects the ovary from doxorubicin by regulating cell fate and the response to DNA damage


ABSTRACT: we aim to explore the single-cell mechanisms behind ovarian damage in prepubertal mice following doxorubicin (DOX) treatment, and how Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) prevents chemotherapy-induced pathological damage, using single-cell RNA sequencing as well as quantitative and morphometric histological evaluation.
