Effect of mRNA vaccine on Epigenetic and Transcriptomic Profiles of Kupffer Cells (CUT&RUN)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Analysis of genome wide distribution of an active histone mark, trimethylated lysine 4 on histone H3 protein subunit (H3K4me3) showed that an mRNA/LNP immunization resulted in increased H3K4me3 in the regulatory regions of various genes, the expression of some of which were upregulated. In addition, H3k4me3 may indicate that the chromatins of some genes are in the “poised” state where it will influence the expression upon next stimuli.
