Gestational exposure to environmental chemicals and epigenetic alterations in the placenta and cord blood mononuclear cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study includes 75 pregnant individuals, where associations between 37 endocrine disrupting chemical biomarkers and methylation intensities were assessed using multiple linear regression. Methylation intensities were quantified from cord blood mononuclear cells and cord blood. The DNA methylation profiles were generated using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 Beadchip that measured about 450,000 CpGs.
