Small RNA sequencing Analysis of lung Reveals Novel tRNA-derived Small RNAs with Biomarker Potential for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Transfer RNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs) are important regulators of a variety of biological functions, however, it is yet unclear how tsRNAs work to cause pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The goal of the current study was to gain a better understanding of how tsRNAs contribute to PAH pathogenesis.
