ABSTRACT: In order to examine the link between Nprl3 regulation of cellular metabolism and erythropoiesis, we performed RNA-seq and identified gene expression changes in Nprl3 +/- and Nprl3 -/- mouse fetal liver erythroblasts compared with wild type Nprl3 +/+ erythroblasts.
