Immunomodulatory effects of microbiota-derived propionate in systemic lupus erythematosus

ABSTRACT: We performed RNAseq on total RNA extracted from kidney tissues from MRL-lpr micetreated with propionate and controls.We then performed differential expression analysis, meta-analysis, and gene set enrichment anaylsis using data obtained by RNA-seq of control and PA-treated mice.
