Clonally expanded targetable natural killer-like T cells seed the aged spinal cord to disrupt wound healing [scGEX and TCR]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: CD8+ T cells were found accumulated in the spinal cord preceding (aged) and following spinal cord injury. We used single cell TCR sequencing to analyze the clonality of T cells in the spinal cord and discovered that CD8+ T cells exhibit age and injury-dependent clonal expansion.
