StitchR: Ribozyme-activated mRNA Trans-ligation and Translation


ABSTRACT: We report that ribozyme cleavage of two separate mRNAs activated their scarless trans-ligation and translation into full-length protein in eukaryotic cells, a process that we named StitchR (for stitch RNA).
