ABSTRACT: This study evaluates the neurodevelopmental effects of bisphenol A (BPA) on oligodendrocytes, the neural cells responsible for myelination in the central nervous system. The primary aim was to investigate the changes in transcriptome and chromatin compaction induced by early BPA exposure in oligodendrocytes isolated from 2-week-old juvenile mice.
