ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of mitochondrial citrate export in differentiation of airway basal cells, we knocked down SLC25A1, the gene encoding mitochondrial citrate carrier. We then performed chromatin accessibility profiling analysis using data obtained from ATAC-seq of 5 donors at three time points.
