Inhalable liposomal delivery of osimertinib and DNA for treating primary and metastatic lung cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Lung cancer is one of the most prevalent cancers, and brain metastases significantly worsen the prognosis for patients. We developed an inhalable surfactant-based biomimetic nanoliposome system (MPDOLs) to co-deliver Osimertinib and DNA plasmids to deplete IGF2BP3 expression. To investigate how MPDOLs influence gene expression and therapeutic outcomes by targeting IGF2BP3 and co-delivering Osimertinib, we performed transcriptomic analysis of MPDOL treated Lewis lung cancer cells.
