Gene regulatory consequecnes of loss of Kdm1a in the kidney [RRBS]
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Histone methyltransferases and demethylases play crucial roles in gene regulation and are vital for the proper functioning of multiple tissues. In this study, we investigated the functions of Kdm1a by employing a renal progenitor-specific deletion during kidney development and evaluated global differences in DNA methylation between control and Kdm1a conditional knockout kidneys using Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS-seq).
