Transcriptional Characterization of Streptococcus pneumoniae Interacting with Human Pharyngeal Cells


ABSTRACT: We used a combination of adherence assays, mutagenesis and functional genomics to identify novel factors involved in adherence. This work identifies a list of novel potential pneumococcal adherence determinants.
