ABSTRACT: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common chronic liver disorder in industrialized countries. Liver samples from morbidly obese patients with all stages of NAFLD and controls were analysed by array-based DNA methylation and mRNA expression profiling.
