Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of Normal and Cancerous Prostate Cells [RT-PCR]

ABSTRACT: To validate a panel of selected genes expression in prostate cancer, we performed expression profiling of normal prostate epithelial cells (PrEC) and the prostate cancer cell line LNCaP using qPCR.
