Project description:TRAF4 is highly expressed in the epithelial bladder cancer cell line, HT1376 and poorly expressed in the mesenchymal cell line, T24. Project description:The groups with the highest tumor incidences, M3-HBx and Ct-HBx, were involved. WT-HBx and empty vector mice served as the control group. In total, 12 tissues of Sleeping Beauty mice models were involved in microarray analysis, including 3 liver tissues from the empty vector group,3 liver tissues from the WT-HBx group, 3 tumor tissues from the M3-HBx group, and 3 tumor tissues from the Ct-HBx group. The samples were randomly selected from each group.
