ABSTRACT: Obese or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) women have encountered poor reproductive outcomes in natural as well as assisted conception. Both obesity and PCOS affect function of granulosa cells, which is essential in offering the oocyte with nutrients and growth regulators.
