ABSTRACT: Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling was performed in paired samples of non-cancerous liver tissue and the corresponding cancerous tissue obtained from patients with hepatitis virus-related hepatocellular carcinomas using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylation450 Beadchip.
