Differential gene expression profiling in CD4+ T cells and CD19+ B cells between rituximab-treated complete remission (CR) and incomplete remission (IR) pemphigus patients
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To understand the molecular and immunological mechanisms of remission in pemphigus patients. Remission was evaluated 5 years after rituximab onset. PBMC were purified from pemphigus whole blood patients. CD4+ T cells and CD19+ B cells were isolated by flow cytometry. Genes differentially regulated between CR and IR both in CD4+ and CD19+ cells were identified by transcriptomic approach (whole human genome).
