Description of Data Submitted: Data-dependent MS/MS analysis via Agilent Iterative MS/MS of a pooled quality control sample consisting of 199 unique apple fruit samples. Fruits were harvested at peak ripeness, cored, flash frozen, and stored at -20C until extraction. Peel and flesh were extracted simultaneously with methanol.
