In particular for A1 media, two independent growth batches were performed: i) three replicates C3a, C3b, C3c and ii) C5. Respective beds were provided for each culture media. AcOEt exctratcts were analysed through UPLC-MS/MS and MS data was processed using NP3_MS_workflow. A bed (blank media) and a non elicited (C3b) culture growth were also produced. AcOEt exctratcts were analysed through UPLC-MS/MS and MS data was processed using NP3_MS_workflow.
