GNPS - Metabolomic divergence between genotypes of lab raised stickleback - PRJ4
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Canadian stickleback with versus without several chromosomal inversions were raised in a lab environment to remove environmental effects. We are investigating whether this genetic differentiation modifies metabolomic traits of the different genotypes when environmental variance is minimized. Untargeted LC-MS/MS acquisition was performed on a Vanquish Flex UHPLC system coupled to an Orbitrap Exploris 240 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany). Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex 2.6 um 100 A pore size Polar C18 reversed phase UHPLC column 100 x 2.1 mm (Phenomenex, Torrance, CA).
INSTRUMENT(S): Orbitrap Exploris 240
ORGANISM(S): Gasterosteus Aculeatus (ncbitaxon:69293)
