Proteomic sensing associated with terpenoid biosynthesis of Artemisia annua L. in responses to different LED spectra


ABSTRACT: Proteomic data of A. annua (leaf, stem and root). Data were quantified by MaxQuant 1.6.1.12 using the Andromeda search engine to correlate MS/MS spectra to the UniProtViridiplantae database. Peptides with a minimum of seven amino acids, as well as at least one unique peptide, were required for protein identification. Only proteins with at least two peptides and at least one unique peptide were considered for further analysis.
