Identification of NEAT1-ncRNA binding proteins in vitro

ABSTRACT: We conducted experiments in which I mixed 293T cell lysates with various fragments of NEAT1-ncRNA. I then performed pull-down assays to isolate the RNA and its associated proteins, subsequently identifying the proteins binding to each fragment using mass spectrometry.
