Cytosolic proteome of Staphylococcus aureus HG001 post internalization in bronchial epithelial cells - human dataset

ABSTRACT: The data set consists of 32 cytosolic samples of human bronchial epithelial cells that were collected during infection with S. aureus. The data include 8 (0h, 1h, 2.5 h, 6.5 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 96 h post infection) time points that were collected out of four biological replicates. DIA data and the established human cell line specific spectral library are provided.

Project description:The aim of the measurements was to investigate RNA damage and RNA-protein crosslinks (RPC) formation in the context of aldehyde-induced toxicity. For this, a photoactivatable-ribonucleoside-enhanced crosslinking (PAR-CL) strategy using 4-thiouridine (4-SU) and UVA-radiation was used. The submitted dataset contains data from LC-MS/MS measurements of crosslinks between proteins and poly-adenylated mRNAs (mRPCs).
