Project description:Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of individuals consuming alcohol and controls in LC samples. Individuals consuming alcohol were profiled at time of intake (T1) into treatment facility and four weeks into treatment (T2). Controls were profiled once. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA Methylation BeadChip v1.0 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across 485,577 CpGs in LC samples. Samples included 33 case subjects at T1, 26 case subjects at T2 and 33 controls. Bisulfite-converted DNA from 92 samples were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium 450k Human Methylation BeadChip v1.0.
Project description:MS/MS spectra were collected from the extracts of 1000 human teeth powders. 900 teeth were sorted based on the color scale and 100 teeth were stained with coffee, tea, wine and tobacco extract. 24 samples with stain controls were analyzed.
Project description:The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of different HCC subtypes through next generation sequencing and metabolome analysis.The samples for transcriptome sequencing were collected from 60 cases of HCC, 30 of which were also used for whole exome sequencing and LC-MS/MS.
Project description:We have isolated protein extracts from four major types of human teeth i.e. Molar,Premolar,Incisor and Canine through deminralization process. Within these four extrcats, we identified and quatitated differential protein abundance through MS based approach.
