Macrosteatosis Cause Graft Failure Via Proliferative Arrest in Rats after Liver Transplantation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We created a rat model with macrosteatosis (MaS) liver via methionine-cholinedeficient food (MCD) diet and transplanted the MaS liver into normal rats, then the rats without any MaS will be set as control. In the whole process of surgeries, we procured the liver tissue samples in different time points (before LT, 1 week after LT, and 4 months after LT). Then samples were prepared for further transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis.
